The brief
Built for one division. Now used across all of them.
PRISMnx began as contract and project management software for King County’s Department of Natural Resources. It is now the system of record for the county’s capital construction program, projects, and contracts across every capital construction division: more than $20 billion in lifetime appropriations managed, with $2 billion each year, in a single system.
We have rebuilt it three times as the technology underneath it changed, rather than letting it age, and carried its data and its users across each generation of platform.
