Chief Executive Officer

Started the firm in 1997 and still runs it. Ellen leads the client relationship on every engagement, runs the AI coaching practice, and writes the free newsletter, ELI5 with Ellen.

Patrick Escarcega

Chief Technology Officer

Makes the architecture and platform decisions on every system, and sets the rules for how we use AI tooling and where we do not. Patrick runs the AI coaching for teams. In 2019, he and most of the senior engineers came over from Parametric Portfolio Associates, the fintech firm that is now part of Morgan Stanley.

Victor La

Principal Engineer, QA & Project Management

Runs quality assurance and project management across all active programs. Victor owns the test suites and the release schedule. He came to Meserow from Parametric Portfolio Associates.

Michael Pogson

Principal Engineer

Principal engineer on our largest systems, and the one who handles integrations with older systems that cannot be replaced. He came to Meserow from Parametric Portfolio Associates.

Bryan Holdt

Principal Engineer

Principal engineer. Bryan works on enterprise integration and on the systems we have run in production for years. He came to Meserow from Parametric Portfolio Associates.
